Refund policy

Our company operates with Printful, a custom print fulfillment service, therefore all sales are final as each order is custom made for every single customer after the order is received.

We do not accept returns or exchanges in the case the customer needs a smaller or bigger size ( you can view the sizing chart on each of the product pages and we strongly recommend you make sure you order the right size according the guide).

 

Please do not hesitate to contact us with any further questions before ordering.

 

However, if an item has been misprinted/damaged/defective then you should send us an email within 30 days after receiving the item, to explain the condition and if possible with pictures. Our team will check this and if is deemed an error on our part then we will offer you a refund.

 

We greatly appreciate your understanding on our returns policy. As we are a starting company we look forward for a more easy and fuss free approach in this matter and we hope that in a near future we can offer refunds and exchanges to our customers.



To start a return, you can contact us at pinkkactusgifts@hotmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right, including sending a replacement at no cost to you.


 


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
